Promotions

Promotion valid until December 31, 2025.  Rate is only for accommodation until December 31, 2025 in all our rooms.  The price includes taxes for Peruvians or foreigners who are within the country for more than 60 days.  Does not apply for packages or groups.  The exchange rate is according to the moment of making the payment.  Does not apply with other promotions or discounts.  Promotion subject to availability.

Reservation Policies


You must have the following requirements to make a reservation.  You must present a valid credit card under your name, the name of the cardholder and the expiration date will be requested.  The rates we offer may include continental breakfast and free use of WiFi.  Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and departure the next day at 12:00 p.m.   Payments can be made online (link payment) or upon arrival at the hotel, or as you agree when making the reservation.  Once you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.  Remember that upon arrival it is mandatory to how your DNI, Passport or Immigration Card and that of your companions.  Children traveling with a parent or guardian will be asked for legalized permission from their origin.  No extras will be charged for the accommodation of children under 12 years of age, as long as they share the room with their parents.

Covid situation

Due to the current covid situation, all adult and child guests will be asked for their valid vaccination card.  Remember to keep your distance and use alcohol or disinfectant at all times. 

Cancellation Policies

You can cancel or modify a reservation as long as it is made 72 hours before check-in and that they are not part of a promotion with different conditions.  If this term are not respected, the expenses for the rooms and nights canceled will be charged within the following 48 hours from the cancellation 1 night as a penalty. In case the passenger does not show up at the hotel (No-show), without prior notification, the first 1 night of your reservation will be automatically charged as a penalty

• The hotel reserves the right of admission.
• Minors are only admitted when accompanied by their parents or a duly accredited legal guardian.
• All guests and visitors must present a valid ID upon check-in.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in before 5:00 a.m. will be considered as the previous night and charged accordingly.
• Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms if authorized by the guest and approved by the front desk.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for certified assistance animals accompanying guests with disabilities.
• Making noise or causing disturbances in the hotel premises is strictly prohibited in order to ensure the comfort and rest of all guests.
• The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables left in the room. We recommend using the safe available at the front desk.
• A fee will be charged for lost keys, payable at check-out.
• Lost items or luggage left in our storage will be kept for a maximum of 30 days, after which they will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.
• Any damage caused to the building or hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest, who must cover the full cost of repair or replacement.
• Reservations are only considered guaranteed if payment has been made in advance.
• In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or a no-show, a charge equivalent to the first night's stay will apply.
• Internet, restaurant, and bar services are subject to availability and hotel operating hours.
• The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the property, including guest rooms, hallways, stairways, and common areas.
• All forms of payment are accepted: cash, debit and credit cards, bank transfers, electronic payments, and digital wallets.
• Parking is free for hotel guests, subject to availability.
• The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for the room type booked.
• Housekeeping and the change of bed linens and towels are performed regularly but may be declined by the guest for ecological reasons.
• In case of emergency, please use the evacuation map located in your room and follow staff instructions.
• Failure to comply with this regulation entitles the hotel to terminate the accommodation contract without refund and request the guest’s immediate departure if necessary.
• Any situation not explicitly covered by this regulation will be interpreted in accordance with standard practices of the hotel industry.
